We had a nice time at the hotel, especially with the teens. The staff was super friendly, and the updated room was spacious and comfortable for our family. The on-site fitness center was perfect for a quick workout. We also explored Audubon Zoo, which was a highlight!

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities on-site. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, which was frustrating when they wanted to stream shows.

Rebooking here was a great decision due to its close proximity to the airport. The standard queen room provided a lot of natural light and was nicely modern, although the pillows could have been firmer. Breakfast featured delicious chocolate muffins and other options, but the hotel restaurant hours were inconsistent, making dining choices tricky.

It was just a solid selection for a concise stay in Kenner with good value for money. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially when my son received high fives from the team. Just be mindful of any specific requests you might have upon check-in.
